As I was reading the subject Std., I have come across the following :
Page : 25 , Table B-1 – Changes between ISO9001: 2000 and ISO9001:2008.
Cl. No. 8.3 : Para 1 sentence 2
A documented procedure shall be established to define the controls and related responsibilities and authorities for dealing with nonconforming product.
In the table under the column Amended text, the above sentence is both underlined and stuck through.
This is not correct and the sentence should only have been underlined as shown below and not as printed .

Kindly confirm my understanding is correct and if my under standing is correct
